Holiday season is upon us! It’s time to shop for gifts, plan the holiday menu and decorate the house. This time of year can be stressful, but with careful planning, you can actually enjoy every moment of it. How about adding some sweetness?
Super easy, yet delicious holiday treats perhaps? Salty pistachios and tart cherries are incredible combination for this rich chocolate fudge. One word description: DECADENT! One bite with salty crunchy nut, next with chewy tart cherries, and if you’re lucky, you get both in one bite! Simply irresistible!
This is really easy recipe. At most you’ll need 5 minutes to prep and 15 minutes to stir the mixture until nice and smooth consistency. And the hardest part is waiting. You need to let this harden for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight. For your patience, you’ll be rewarded with most decadent, sweet and salty, chocolate-y fudge on earth.
I’m glad I stashed a few squares to enjoy while writing this post. It’d have been such a torture to look at these photos and try to write the post! 🙂
I urge you to get in your kitchen to make a test batch before the holiday season. Who doesn’t love taste-testing anyway?
