This recipe is about as easy as they come – but it tastes like it’s homemade. All it requires is a few ingredients, about 15 minutes in the oven, and you have a delicious and hearty meal. It’s perfect for college students, because it’s a one serving baked pasta! I discovered Prego® Ready Meals recently, and when I saw the Marinara & Italian Sausage Rotini one, I thought it would be perfect for an individual baked pasta. All I did was pour the packaged into a small, oven-safe baking dish, and then I topped it with shredded mozzarella cheese and grated parmesan. I baked it for about 15 minutes, and I had a yummy meal. Forrest had a few bites of it as well, and he felt like it tasted like homemade – which is what both of us always longed for when we were in college. So if you are looking for an Italian recipe that reminds you of home but doesn’t require a ton of ingredients or time, you’ll love this! And, if you want something even quicker, you can heat the package up in the microwave for 60 seconds. It tastes delicious!
