I remember when I first started reading Harry Potter – it was like a whole new world opened to me.

I read those books so many times – I even get in trouble in 7th grade for reading the third one too frequently! My friends and I went to midnight premieres of the movies, the all-night releases of the new book, and I would stay up way later than I should reading each book.

They were so magical. J.K. Rowling truly created a work of art when she came up with Harry Potter.

I love watching a new generation come to love the books as much as I do. I can’t wait until I can read them with Jack when he’s a little bit older, because I know he will love them as much as Forrest and I do.

I was pretty excited when I saw that Barnes and Noble had put together a Harry Potter Gift Guide this year. There are so many cool products out now! So, I thought I’d feature a few of my favorite items from it here, as well as a few handmade products from Etsy.
