Need some gift ideas for pregnant women? Anything on this item is sure to be a hit!
So my next gift guide is for one of my favorite groups of people — pregnant moms! No, I’m not pregnant…but I sure do think that pregnant women are a breed of their own, and definitely need their own gift guide! There are all sorts of fun products out there for pregnant women, that I personally either loved, or would have loved.
As I started putting this list together, I first thought of a bunch of items that a baby needs…then I thought — hey, that’s what a baby shower is for! So most of these items are meant to help a woman’s pregnancy to go more smoothly, and pamper them a little bit. As always, some of my affiliate links are used, but feel free to find these products elsewhere! Let me know if you sell any products that you think would be a perfect fit for this.
Pregnancy Pillow — I never had one of these, but I really, really wish I did. Everyone I know that has one raves about it, and how they couldn’t have slept without it! You can also get one from pregnancypillow.com and get $50 off using the code C113D4.
Gift card to a store that sells maternity clothing (Motherhood Maternity, Target, etc.) — I loved getting maternity clothes! I think they are super cute, and really comfortable, and I think a gift card to a specialty pregnancy clothing store would be a great gift.
Petunia Picklebottom Diaper Bag – These are really pricey, but you can often find them second hand for a lot cheaper. My sister-in-law got a brand new one for less than $20! Be sure to check out stores like Once Upon a Child and Kid to Kid for steals on these, or even Craigslist.
Prenatal Massage — You can often find great deals on Groupon or Living Social for these. I’ve seen them for as low as $20. If you do buy one of Groupon, make sure that it specifically mentions a prenatal massage, because not all massage therapy places have maternity tables.
Maternity Photo Shoot — Also check Groupon or Living Social for great deals on photo shoots
Dearfoam Slippers — I was given a pair of Dreamfoam slippers a few years ago and I don’t think I could ever get another brand! It really feels like you are walking on a cloud! I know Costco sells these for a reasonable price. They would be perfect to take to the hospital.
Comfy pants (such as Gaucho Pants) — I lived in my gaucho pants during my pregnancy…and kind of still do. They are SO comfy, and perfect for an expanding belly.
Pampering supplies — bubble bath, lotions, aromatherapy, essential oils (prices vary on essential oils, and so does quality, but Eden’s Garden is great quality and less expensive than other brands.) Bath and Body Works is a great place for this, and you could buy a gift card, so the mom-to-be can pick her preferred scents. Remember…pregnant women have an interesting sense of smell!
Mother Necklace – Forrest bought me one of these for my birthday last year and it is one of my most treasured possessions. I linked to a page on Etsy with tons of different kinds. You can get one with a saying, or room to expand when more children come along!
What To Expect When You’re Expecting (book)
What To Expect When You’re Expecting (hilarious movie) – This is my all-time favorite movie. Definitely, watch this while you are pregnant.
Maternity Belly Band — In case you don’t really want to spend lots of money on maternity clothes, this can make regular pants last a little bit longer. You can get some free ones from BellyButtonBand.com using the code C113D4
Gift basket of cravings — Don’t all pregnant women have cravings? Make a gift basket of all the things they’ve been wanting lots throughout their pregnancy!
The Belly Book — I got the baby book version of this to document Jack’s first year, but I wish I had this version while I was pregnant. Such a fun way to document your pregnancy!
Post Delivery Belly/Hip Shrinking Belt– from Shrinx or Underworks — These supposedly help to shrink your hips and belly post partum. I bought the underworks one, and it somehow disappeared in the hospital, so I never found out if it worked. Some people rave about them, though.
Belly Cast Kit — To be honest, these kind of freak me out a little bit. But some person may want to remember what their belly looked like when they were pregnant!

All great gifts! I wanted one of those body pillows but kept putting off buying one during my pregnancy. Next time I will buy one with the pregnancy test. lol

Amen! I definitely didn’t have one either…and I so wish I did! My sister had one and I was so jealous.
