Give the gift of family fun with this RedBox Movie and Game Night – all you need is a few RedBox codes, some yummy treats, and a game, along with this cute, free printable. This is a great last-minute gift idea!
This post was sponsored by Redbox as part of a program with Influence Central. I received complimentary products to facilitate my review
Redbox is all over the place, and almost everyone I know has used it. What you may not have heard of is Redbox’s e-gift cards and promo code bundles. We recently received five promo codes ourselves. They’re good for the cost of a Blu-ray movie, but you can get a regular DVD with them as well. It can be a simple and low-cost way of gifting something fun while allowing the receiver to pick exactly what they want to watch. You could probably gift some Redbox to about anyone. Most people would be happy with something small and simple, and they’re just glad that someone is thinking of them during the holidays. Plus, Redbox kiosks are located all over the place. There are actually more Redbox kiosks than McDonalds and Starbucks combined! With the cost of shipping these days you could save yourself some serious money buy gifting digitally.
However, to make a gift thoughtful and fun you could a few extra pieces to encourage a special Christmas night. We found a few things that we thought would be perfect with gifting some Redbox codes. We thought that some candied popcorn, a chocolate edition board game, and a little festive wrapping would make for a recipe for a fun night for most families. We’re using a version of this gift this Christmas. We’re ordering a gift to their address, and we’re sending them an accompanying email with our Christmas greetings and a Redbox codes bundle. That means more of our money is spent on a present, and less time and money is spend on shipping something from the post office.
Here are a few movies that would be fun to rent:
Jurassic World
Tomorrowland
Inside Out
If you’re a regular Redbox user then you might as well sign up for Redbox Play Pass. I have been doing it for a while. I believe you get a free movie rental for every ten movies you rent, plus they have other special offers for members. It just makes your average cost of watching a movie at home go from cheap to really, really cheap.
Influence Central is actually hosting a contest where the winner will receive a year’s worth of Redbox movie rentals, one movie a week. Contest opens on November 23, 2015 and closes December 21, 2015. I-C will randomly select one winner from all program entries and will handle fulfillment of the winning prize.
